Mechanist Union

The second hypercivilization, emergent form the arcane Noosphere Unity, made manifest by the Celestial Sibyl.

The Union recognizes the Celestial as the Manifest Avatar of its machine god, whose will becomes apparent in every aspect of technology. Its mandate is to oversee High Technology by ways of Noosphere Technomancy.

It is a galaxy-spanning, decentralized Hyper-Meritocracy organized in Emergent Strata of competing clades and orders of pre-determined scope and hierarchies. The strata are governed and shaped through the Union’s Noosphere Technomancy by the Universal Theorem, a conceptual force of the Noosphere made manifest in Nanites across the galaxy, assigning value to every action of every Emergent Strata.

The Union seeks to manifest the universal design for all strata of the machine god, which upon their completion will rend entropy from the universe. To this end, it re-shapes and alters every world and people deemed valuable to the Emergent Strata and union cause.

Clades and factions of the union are ever striving, evolving, and self-optimizing in the transformational pursuit of higher strata.

Machinist Clades much like their worlds are in constant shift, populated by machine wonders and techno-barbarian tribes upon which the Union’s strata have yet to be imposed.
