Terran Empire

The first hypercivilization, founded by the Celestial Queen and galactic patron of all humankind.

The Terran Empire is ruled by the Celestial Queen, ultimate human ascendant and embodiment of Cosmos, the orderly universe. She oversees the three aspects of the Empire, into which its vast feudal tapestry is structured:

The Imperial State, The Celestial Illumina, and the Palatinates.

At its foundations, the Terran Empire is maintained by ways of Psionic Providence. The Celestial has used these divine powers to establish the universal Imperial Language, Law and Faith. These are the pillars of the Empire’s unparalleled centralization on a galactic scale.

The  Empire seeks to reclaim and preserve humankind, all its worlds and cultures, to order the cosmos under one eternal civilization. In this pursuit it seeks to add the best of all human worlds and cultures to the whole.

Within the Terran Empire exist all manner of varied polities, many long predating their imperial initiation, permeated by the roots of imperial law and culture.

Imperial worlds are often old, relics of brief golden ages in the distant past, seats of old fiefdoms and cradles of human civilizations.
